11.   You MUST have permission to use your pics. No playboy scans, or newsgroup pics. Either use sponsor content, or buy some. 

12.   Please no blind links on thumbs, or blind enter, next gallery links. 

13.   No free e-mail accounts. (Yahoo, hotmail) I will NOT sell your email! 

14.   No free hosts, except those provided by various AVS systems. 

15.   If you use "build and forget" style then DO NOT submit your pages here.
